Performance Management Supervisor - Operational Excellence, SPX Express

Develop & Maintain Operations Key Performance Indicator & other Performance Metrics Improve Operations Performance by providing relevant performance analysis & report Responsible for operations incentive calculation based on performance result Responsible for all report from operations field & non field team Responsible for hourly operations performance report Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent work experience) or any related field Minimum 4 years experience working with one or more language for querying (SQL) Familiar with basic SQL, proficiency in using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software Previous experience in performance management, data analysis, or related roles within an e-commerce warehouse environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including excellent presentation skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, interpret performance data, passionate to learn new things and challenge the status quo to seek for improvement areas Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers and ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
