Compensation

& Benefits Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Responsibilities Include

Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism What We’re Looking For Experience in HVAC service and maintenance or equivalent vocational training preferred Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Good communication and documentation skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required Skills That Set You Apart Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach Commitment to safety and proper use of tools and equipment Ability to deliver reliable, high-quality service Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to stay composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting.
