Investment Manager – Venture & Growth Location: Mumbai | Blue Ashva Capital About Us Blue Ashva Capital is a multi-asset global investment platform headquartered in Singapore and India, with a Wealth Management arm in Bengaluru. Together, we allocate ~$1B across Venture & Growth Equity, Structured Credit, and Public Equities.

We back ambitious founders building scalable, category-defining businesses across sectors. Role We are hiring an Investment Manager to play a core role in driving our venture and growth strategy. This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strong financial/analytical rigor with genuine technical curiosity about deep tech, aerospace, and energy transition themes.

Deal Origination – Build proprietary pipelines and strong founder relationships Due Diligence & Evaluation – Lead comprehensive due diligence covering market, technology, competition, unit economics, team, and regulatory factors coordinating with domain experts for deep technical areas like propulsion, battery chemistry, and satellite systems.

Investment Evaluation – Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and IC materials Transaction Execution – Structure, negotiate, and close investments Portfolio Stewardship – Work closely with founders on strategy, growth, and governance Fund & LP Engagement – Support fundraising, LP communication, and franchise building Requirements Who We’re Looking For Must Have 6–10 years in VC, PE, growth equity, IB, or strategy consulting Strong financial modelling and transaction execution capability Demonstrated experience evaluating or working with technology-intensive businesses; direct sector experience in aerospace, defence, energy, or advanced manufacturing is a strong plus Independent judgment and first principles thinking Ability to build trust with founders and stakeholders High ownership, high accountability mindset Preferred BE / BTECH / MTECH or strong engineering + science background Demonstrated experience leading deals or investment workstreams Strong sectoral depth in technology-driven businesses This is a leadership-track role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to help build a long-term institutional platform.
