SBS Performance Shop Management (Scommerce)

Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational KPIs and team performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Dashboard & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to support business decision-making.

KPI Management: Support KPI setup, target tracking, and performance reviews across the Operations team. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate operational issues and provide data-driven recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency, optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational decision-making.

Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements based on data insights and AI-driven analysis. Project Support: Support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Product, BI, and other stakeholders to provide analytical support and resolve business issues.

Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop business insights to support management and strategic initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field. >2 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or Project Management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Experience with KPI management, dashboard development, and performance reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to improve productivity, automate reporting, and generate business insights.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in both Thai and English. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
