Youth Service Coordinator – Community Services Network Program/Department: Community Services Network Location: Springfield, MA (Full-Time On-site at the DYS District Office) Salary: $45,000 – $47,000 / year (Salaried) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Center for Human Development (CHD), is seeking a proactive and dedicated Youth Service Coordinator (YSC) to join our Community Services Network team at the DYS District Office in Springfield, MA. Working closely with CHD staff and Department of Youth Services (DYS) caseworkers, you will serve as the daily face youth see when they visit the office—helping guide, monitor, and support young people as they transition back into their communities.
