Summary Job Description: PRN

• Varied Schedule Location; Bardstown Diagnostic Center Job Description: Operates MRI equipment to produce images for diagnostic purposes, as directed by the Radiologists and performs diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Under the broad direction of the Radiologist, the MR technologist performs scans of selected portions of the anatomy as requested by the physician.

Requirements

Associate's degree from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required, or higher. Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required.

Preferred Qualifications

Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy preferred. Two years of experience as a RT in diagnostic radiology preferred.
