Site Engineer

Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level Site Engineer with a degree in Civil, Structural or Builder engineering to join our team and support a range of construction projects. The ideal candidate has up to two years of experience in civil engineering, is eager to learn, and can follow directions while developing their skills in a hands-on environment.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their engineering careers who are looking for mentorship and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day site engineering tasks under the supervision of experienced engineers Help prepare engineering plans, documentation, and reports for construction and repairs Learn to interpret and apply codes, standards, and project specifications Support the preparation of project estimates and progress reports Review project plans and specifications as directed Help coordinate with contractors and participate in the contractor selection process Assist in tracking project schedules and budgets Observe site activities and help monitor project progress Learn about engineering, procurement, and construction processes Help track job progress, schedules, budgets, and staffing as needed Requirements
