Implement a medical plan of care and revising as necessary. Initiating appropriate preventive therapeutic and rehabilitative techniques. Educating the client and family regarding treatment modalities and use of equipment and devices. Providing consultation to other health care professionals. Communicate with the physician and other health care professionals regarding changes in the client’s needs.

Attends and participates in case conferences, as indicated, to share and/or gain knowledge, especially when services are provided to special populations. Such knowledge supports clinical application of physical therapy in special populations to recognize symptoms and improve case management techniques specific to these populations.

Participates in quarterly peer review that is documented and signed by both parties
