The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Gastroenterologist for a well-established GI practice serving a growing multi-state region. Position Highlights Full-time, employed Gastroenterology position Mix of outpatient and inpatient cases (approximately 70% outpatient / 30% inpatient) ERCP privileges available for qualified candidates Manageable call schedule — 1:3 rotation Established referral base within a robust primary care network State-of-the-art facilities and equipment Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings (HIMSS Level 7. Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students Opportunities for clinical research and leadership involvement Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) J-1 Visa sponsorship available Compensation & Incentives $800,000 Year 1 income guarantee — with $1M+ earning potential Sign-on bonus: $100,000 Quality and value-based incentive opportunities (2.5%+ annually) Value-based program: up to $150,000 additional annual opportunity APP supervision compensation Call pay and additional stipends available Fellowship stipend: $2,000/month for up to 24 months Additional income through clinical research Benefits Package Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Disability, life insurance, and salary continuance plans Multiple retirement plans — 401(k) with Mega Backdoor Roth option and 457(b) CME: 5 days annually with $3,500 stipend Licensing, DEA, and board certification/maintenance fees covered $60/month cell phone stipend Computer allowance Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Eligible for Illinois medical licensure ERCP experience preferred but not required Open to experienced physicians and new fellows J-1 Visa sponsorship available
