Night Auditor / Front Desk Service Agent

Join Our Team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Service Agent at the Inn at Spanish Head Resort! Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Role and Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports. Help ensure the safety and security of the resort during the night shift. Assist with reservations and room assignments.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations with ease.
