We are currently partnering with a leading global investment management firm seeking to appoint an Investment Analyst to its Dublin based investment team. This role is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded buy-side platform, investing across a broad range of European corporate credit opportunities. The successful candidate will gain exposure to leveraged loans, high yield bonds, investment grade credit and private/direct lending while working alongside an experienced team of investment professionals.
The role: Evaluate new investment opportunities across the European corporate credit market Conduct detailed financial, commercial and sector due diligence on prospective investments Build detailed financial models and prepare investment papers for Investment Committee review Meet with management teams and participate in investment discussions Monitor existing portfolio investments and assess ongoing credit performance Work closely with senior investment professionals on live investment opportunities and portfolio management activities The requirements: 1–4 years' experience within investment management, leveraged finance, corporate finance, debt advisory or a related analytical role Excellent academic record with a minimum 2.
1 degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline ACA and/or CFA qualification (or progress towards either) is advantageous Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present investment recommendations clearly Highly motivated, intellectually curious and looking to build a long-term career on the buy-side This role offers exceptional exposure to institutional credit investing within a collaborative environment, comprehensive mentoring from experienced investors and a clear pathway for long-term career development.
