Work 12-hour shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a) with 24-hour physician coverage and 22-hour APP coverage. Supervise and direct Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Collaborate with backup specialties including Hospitalist, OB, General Surgery, Urology, and ENT; coordinate transfers for higher-level care. Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements including immunizations, TB testing, and CME.
