Planner

A well-regarded planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Town Planner in Exeter. This role offers the chance to work across a varied project portfolio within a close-knit and supportive team. The business continues to grow steadily and offers strong long-term career prospects. The Role You will support the delivery of planning projects across a range of sectors.

Responsibilities include

Preparing and submitting planning applications Undertaking planning research and site appraisals Drafting planning statements and reports Liaising with local authorities and consultees Supporting senior planners on larger schemes Attending client and project meetings This is an excellent role for someone looking to broaden their experience.

About You

Degree qualified in Town Planning or related discipline Working towards MRTPI or recently qualified Experience within consultancy or local authority Strong written and analytical skills Keen to develop within a professional environment A great opportunity for a Planner looking to build their career within a growing consultancy.
