Motor Vehicle Clerk Division: Commercial Pay Type: Full-time/ Hourly Pay Rate: $17 Schedule Requirement: Monday

• Friday 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Saturday availability between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Role The Motor Vehicle Title Specialist supports our Commercial Division by accurately processing vehicle title transactions in compliance with state regulations and company procedures. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure title documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and dependable who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with title work is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with transferable administrative or processing experience.

What You Will Do

Title Processing & Compliance ✓ Process commercial motor vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently ✓ Review title documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance ✓ Ensure compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations ✓ Accurately complete required forms and documentation ✓ Maintain organized and accurate records Client & Team Support ✓ Assist Commercial clients with title-related questions and requirements ✓ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and client information ✓ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers ✓ Support Commercial office operations as needed ✓ Work effectively in a structured team environment; perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For ✓ Valid New Mexico Driver’s License, and ability to pass a criminal background check and MVR review ✓ Experience with motor vehicle title processing preferred, but not required ✓ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills ✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✓ Accurate, efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications ✓ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, structured team environment ✓ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly What We Offer ✓ $17.
