The Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery & Pastry) assists in supervising and executing all pastry, bread, and dessert production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. Working closely with the senior pastry team, they help manage daily kitchen operations, train junior staff, and maintain consistent output for restaurants, buffets, banquets, and guest amenities.

• Produce a wide variety of high-standard baked goods, pastries, desserts, and amenities adhering to hotel recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Meet daily production timelines for breakfast, afternoon tea, à la carte, and banquets while ensuring
• Assist in supervising, coaching, and mentoring Commis Chefs and apprentices.
• Step in to lead the pastry section and maintain smooth team communication in the Chef de Partie's absence.
• Maintain strict standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP/FSMS compliance.
• Ensure safe operation, proper maintenance, and timely reporting of equipment issues.
• Contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus, festive promotions, and guest amenities.
