Plant Operator

What You'll Be Doing Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production goals.

Monitor plant processes and perform routine inspections to maintain product quality. Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly. Perform housekeeping and general plant duties to maintain a safe work environment. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and environmental compliance. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors. Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant processes, equipment, and operating systems.

Dependable, self-motivated individual who can adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
