About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, and performance marketing, with a strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue goals. Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and content planning to improve organic performance. Create and optimize marketing funnels to increase leads, conversions, and customer retention. Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Build and maintain digital marketing dashboards and performance reports. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign and landing page performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital marketing analytics. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, technology, startups, or digital agencies. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, or basic HTML/CSS. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads certifications are a plus.
