The role We’re looking for a reliable Breakfast Chef to help deliver a great start to the day for our guests. You’ll take responsibility for breakfast preparation and service, ensuring dishes are cooked well, served promptly and delivered consistently.

Your responsibilities

Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to specification. Organising mise en place before service. Managing breakfast service efficiently. Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control. Monitoring stock and reducing waste. Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures. Cleaning down and preparing the kitchen for the next service.

Communicating effectively with the wider team. What we’re looking for Previous breakfast or kitchen experience preferred. Good organisation and time management. The ability to work independently and under pressure. A reliable, punctual and positive attitude. Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends where required.
