The role We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring preparation is organised, dishes are delivered consistently and service runs smoothly.

You’ll work alongside a team that takes pride in its food and wants to keep improving.

Your responsibilities

Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard. Taking ownership of your section during service. Completing mise en place and preparation efficiently. Maintaining consistency, portion control and presentation. Supporting junior chefs and working closely with the wider brigade. Managing stock rotation and minimising waste.

Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards. What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress. Good cooking skills and an interest in seasonal food. The ability to work efficiently during busy services. Strong organisation and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a willingness to support the team.
