Dispatcher

What will your responsibilities be? Coordinating the daily operations of the courier team regarding delivery and collection of shipments; Settling couriers' accounts for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash; Optimizing courier routes; Timely entering data into the warehouse management system; Cooperating with Carriers and Couriers; Organizing and conducting training sessions for Carriers and Couriers; Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring their motivation and professional development; Reporting Couriers' performance and results to the Manager We are looking for candidates who: Have experience in a similar position within a courier/express delivery company; Have communicative Polish skills; Are familiar with MS Office, especially basic Excel (nice to have); Have a secondary education; Possess good knowledge of the city's topography; Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others - we are a team-oriented environment; Are capable of making independent decisions and operating effectively under stress; Are open to shift work.
