Main Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting our clients and advisors Prepare and submit paperwork for client accounts, ensuring completeness and compliance Assist clients during account transitions and respond to service-related needs Prepare, mail, and organize client materials such as statements, checks, and other account paperwork Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Manage and coordinate client scheduling needs Follow up with clients on items awaiting client action, such as signed documents, approvals, and additional information needed to move requests forward
