Global Benefits Manager (Vendor Management) - Hybrid: Mexico City

The Manager, Global Benefit Operations owns the day-to-day operation of our global benefits programs — running renewals, monitoring vendor performance, making sure benefits data is accurate before it is submitted, and resolving employee benefit issues as they arise. This role reports to the VP, Global Benefits and supports benefits programs globally, not a single market. This is a small, global team; the role includes related work beyond the responsibilities listed below. Documented processes and records must meet the statutory and filing requirements of every country Circana operates in. Automation and system feeds are planned for a later phase.
