- Commercial (Casual) About the Employer Our client is an engineering and construction business delivering transport, energy, defence and other infrastructure projects across Australia. Its teams combine local delivery experience with the resources of an international engineering group. Work Arrangement and Locations Casual employment with flexible hours arranged around university commitments and changing project needs throughout the year. Days and hours are agreed according to study availability and project requirements; there is no fixed Monday–Friday, 9–5 schedule. Brisbane is the primary advertising location. Opportunities are also advertised in Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and regional locations nationally; placement depends on project needs. The Opportunity Build commercial experience before graduation through an undergraduate pathway supporting infrastructure delivery teams. Requirements
Skills, Education and Requirements
- Currently in the second, third or final year of a relevant commerce, business, construction management or quantity surveying qualification.
- An interest in infrastructure, construction and engineering.
- Dependability, professional conduct and a commitment to quality.
- Initiative, adaptability and willingness to learn through new experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop effective professional relationships.
- Valid unrestricted Australian working rights, including Australian citizenship, permanent residency or eligible Temporary Graduate Visa status. Other restricted temporary visa categories are not accepted for these opportunities.
