Job description
Together we change lives. Kelly is a team of experts driven by our belief that the impact of the right person in the right job is limitless. No matter where you are in your career journey you can apply your knowledge and passion to move people, organizations, and communities forward. You’ll have opportunities to grow your expertise and capabilities, both professionally and personally.
As a team we celebrate inclusion, caring and collaboration. As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first – so your impact really will change lives. THE OPPORTUNITY Kelly has delivered workforce advisory for decades. It is core to what we do and foundational to our brand.
Advisory capability sits at the center of how Kelly helps clients solve their complex talent problems, and this role exists to scale and formalize a capability that is already recognized in the market. We are looking for a practice leader who can take an established advisory capability and bring the structure, methodology, commercial rigor, and go-to-market discipline to grow it significantly across the full Kelly portfolio.
This is a scaling role for a Human Capital practice leader who can identify what is working, build on it, and close the gaps to build growth in our TAM. You will lead a team of senior advisors and subject matter experts across external advisory offerings and an embedded advisory model that operates inside Kelly's managed service and outcome-based programs.
You will own the practice P&L, define the methodology and IP, and represent Kelly's advisory capability at the C-suite level with clients and prospects. The Advisory practice is structured as a profit center offering services that can be sold as a standalone capability, in conjunction with other Kelly solutions, or to generate pull-through demand across the broader Kelly portfolio.
This role is expected to expand Kelly's advisory footprint across contingent workforce, talent acquisition, and specialty talent domains, creating consultative pathways into Kelly's outcome-based solutions (MSP, RPO, BPO), technology, and workforce transformation offerings. WHAT YOU WILL LEAD External Advisory Offerings Lead advisory offerings spanning workforce strategy, self-managed and modular MSP and SOW advisory, talent acquisition and RPO advisory, technology and systems integration advisory, and AI and workforce transformation.
Own the revenue growth agenda for the advisory practice, refining go-to-market approach, sharpening sales content, and partnering across all business units to take the practice to market. Drive outcome-based growth contracts as the standard commercial model for new enterprise pursuits, converting advisory pipeline into long-term client relationships across Kelly's solution lines.
Represent Kelly's advisory practice externally, at C-suite client level, with industry analysts, and at key workforce advisory forums. Position advisory as a gateway and growth engine into Kelly's broader solution set, targeting self-managed enterprises with VMS implementation assistance, advisory, direct sourcing, and EOR/compliance engagements that prove value and expand into full outcome-based relationships.
Demonstrate depth and breadth of offering, including talent acquisition operating models, RPO solutions, BPO solutions, workforce planning, and recruiting technology ecosystems. Technology Advisory Leadership Lead Kelly's technology advisory capability, spanning workforce technology ecosystems including VMS platforms, Kelly's proprietary workforce orchestration technology, and enterprise integrations across the broader technology stack.
Provide executive-level leadership and client presence for technology advisory engagements, guiding SME technical advisors who deliver the work and ensuring the practice is positioned and sold effectively. Own the commercial advisory wrapper around Kelly's technology story, helping clients understand the value of the full technology ecosystem.
Partner with the product and technology organization to stay current on the platform roadmap and translate that into client-facing advisory value. Champion Kelly's workforce orchestration technology as a differentiator, positioning advisory-led technology engagements that deepen enterprise relationships and open white space across SOW-to-MSP migration, independent workforce scope, RPO, BPO, and staffing opportunities.
Embedded Consulting Lead the embedded advisory capability that operates inside Kelly's managed service programs, providing clients with strategic partnership, technology optimization, governance, and market intelligence. Develop advisory frameworks that enable embedded consultants to deliver talent acquisition, workforce planning, technology optimization, and market intelligence insights that strengthen client partnerships and drive expansion opportunities.
Position embedded consulting as a designed component of Kelly's program governance model, a structural element of how we deepen and protect client relationships. Team and Practice Operations Lead and develop an existing team of senior advisors and subject matter experts. Refine the bench model, engagement operating standards, and methodology that enable the practice to scale.
Own the advisory P&L: revenue targets, investment management, and margin discipline.
