Camp accommodation and transport will be provided. 30 calendar days Paid vacation with return tickets, in a year. Paid holidays as per Qatar Govt. LL. Medical Insurance will be provided. Technical Diploma in respective trade (10 years School + 3 years Diploma), 07 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.

1. Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Manage technicians, work allocation, resources, tools, and spare parts. Conduct inspections, defect identification, root cause analysis, and maintenance planning. Ensure compliance with PTW, HSE, QA/QC, OEM recommendations, and company procedures. Prepare maintenance reports, method statements, JSA, and technical documentation. Coordinate crane inspections, testing, shutdown activities, and manpower requirements. Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety performance. Minimum Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years' crane maintenance experience, including 4 to 6 years in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas plants. Strong knowledge of DEMAG, STAHL, and ITALKRANES equipment. IECEx certified (Electrical). Strong leadership, planning, communication, and supervisory skills.
2. Electrical Technician Key Responsibilities: Perform PM activities as per maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation faults. Diagnose equipment failures and recommend repairs and spare parts. Interpret electrical drawings, manuals, and OEM documentation. Support testing, commissioning, and inspection activities. Maintain safe work practices and comply with PTW requirements. Ensure housekeeping and safe working conditions. Minimum Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of crane maintenance and troubleshooting experience. Experience with DEMAG, STAHL, and ITALKRANES cranes. IECEx certified (Electrical). Good English communication skills and Oil & Gas industry exposure.
3. Mechanical Technician Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance. Diagnose mechanical defects and determine repair requirements. Replace and maintain mechanical components, assemblies, and drive systems. Review technical manuals and identify appropriate spare parts. Support inspection, testing, and commissioning activities. Maintain housekeeping standards and workplace safety. Comply with PTW, HSE, and company maintenance procedures. Minimum Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of crane maintenance experience. Familiarity with DEMAG, STAHL, and ITALKRANES cranes. IECEx certified (Non-Electrical) and manufacturer-trained preferred. Good English communication and Oil & Gas industry knowledge.
4. Safety Officer Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations. Ensure compliance with PTW requirements and HSE regulations. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs. Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices. Coordinate safety activities across maintenance teams and contractors. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety performance reports. Minimum Qualification & Experience: Secondary education with Trade Certificate and/or 5 to 10 years' HSE experience. Safety Certification such as NEBOSH Good understanding of Oil & Gas safety requirements. Ability to conduct audits, incident investigations, and safety training. Strong communication skills in English. Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments.
