Supplier Sourcing Associate - Shopee

Focus on looking for top suppliers domestic on variety categories Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities. Negotiating with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Involved in the inventory management process – analyzing market demand and response. Supplier Management – managing current to ensure that orders are delivered by the committed date Cost and Quality Management – enabling access to favorable pricing and conditions whilst maintaining a high standard of quality Other tasks/duties assigned by the Head of Department/ Line Manager.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, shop operations, commercial operations, or related fields; Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors); Good knowledge of the furniture industry is an advantage; Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred); Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative attitude; Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple purchasing orders and suppliers; Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities; High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices.
