• KL Calicut (Branch Office) Position description: Oversee and optimize the end-to-end receivables process, ensuring efficient billing, timely collections, and fostering positive client relationships to enhance cash flow and financial stability. Primary Responsibilities: Credit Management: Implement and manage credit policies to ensure the extension of credit to customers aligns with the organization's risk tolerance, conducting credit assessments and setting appropriate credit limits. Billing and Invoicing: Oversee the accurate and timely issuance of invoices to customers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and addressing any discrepancies or billing issues promptly. Collections and Cash Flow Management: Develop and execute effective accounts receivable collection strategies, monitoring overdue accounts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and facilitating effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on accounts receivable metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to upper management regarding the financial health of the receivables portfolio, contributing to decision-making processes.
