Job description

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established maritime organization to hire a Talent Acquisition Executive who will support the company’s growing recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across technical, offshore, marine, and corporate roles.

This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality hiring aligned with operational and project demands.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Talent Acquisition

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition through onboarding for marine, offshore, subsea, oil & gas, and corporate positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for technical, operational, offshore, marine, and corporate roles across GCC and international markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring business positions to support ongoing and future hiring needs. Sourcing, Assessment & Candidate Management
  • Utilize recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Gulf. Talent, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing through Boolean searches, LinkedIn X-Ray searches, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and industry databases.
  • Screen applications, conduct competency-based interviews, and assess technical qualifications, offshore certifications, and operational experience.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers, and coordinate interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities. Stakeholder Coordination, Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Operations, Crewing, Commercial, and Project Teams to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled efficiently -Monitor and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and vacancy status, while maintaining accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives through talent mapping and hiring insights.
  • Stay informed on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, competitor activity, and talent availability within the Marine & Offshore market, while supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7–12 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Marine, Offshore, Subsea, Oil & Gas, Engineering, or related sectors
  • Proven experience recruiting technical, operational, marine, offshore, and project-based personnel.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, direct search techniques, and talent mapping. Preferred Experience
  • Experience recruiting for EPC contractors, offshore construction companies, marine survey organizations, subsea service providers, offshore vessel operators, dredging companies, marine services organizations, or oil & gas service providers will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to specialized hiring across survey operations, hydrographic surveying, GIS, ROV/WROV operations, offshore diving, marine superintendents, vessel crew, HSE, commercial, and tendering functions is highly desirable.
