Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will proactively identify candidates using multiple strategies to build a pipeline of talent and skill sets for their assigned client groups. They will provide a positive and engaging experience to external candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring the Talent Acquisition department meets its recruitment objectives and that our culture is safeguarded throughout the process.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support the training and development of the broader TA team by mentoring team members and providing guidance on complex or specialized recruitment situations.
