BI Specialist II

This role will become a subject-matter-expert, supporting internal data systems, improving business processes and driving data-related activities. As the BI Specialist you will work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business, from senior management to software developers, IT support, sales and marketing. You will engage with business users from a support perspective whilst also gathering requirements for BI related projects.

You will be business-facing, with experience in understanding users’ technical support queries as well as requirements for data-driven process improvement initiatives. This role joins the Data & Analytics team and is responsible for delivering industry-leading data visualization solutions to Scan. Source's global customer base.
