Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and execution for cross-cloud platform and data tooling, balancing new capability against platform evolution. Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers — hiring, performance, career development, and building a strong on-call and incident culture around a system where correctness is non-negotiable Partner with product management and customer-facing teams Drive technical direction for next-generation data platforms Work with partner product and infrastructure teams across the company, collaborating on effective strategic delivery Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
