Senior Product Manager, Banking

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own a major area of a fintech banking platform, spanning payment experiences, account services, platform reliability, and customer security. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to make it easier and safer for customers to manage and move money.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set strategy, roadmap, and execution for core banking products, including deposit accounts, money movement, cards, and supporting infrastructure.
• Improve end-to-end account opening, funding, deposits, transfers, bill pay, and card transaction experiences.
• Partner with Engineering on the ledger, payment rails, and card systems that support customer-facing flows.
• Use customer research and usage data to identify opportunities and guide product discovery.
• Write product specifications, define success metrics, and ship reliable, secure features with Engineering and Design.
• Build risk, fraud, security, and regulatory requirements into product development in partnership with relevant teams.
• Manage relationships and integrations with banking partners and third-party vendors.
• Track activation, engagement, retention, multi-product adoption, and reliability metrics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Five to fifteen years of product management experience at a Senior Product Manager scope.
• Strong experience with non-card payments and money movement, including ACH, wire transfers, and real-time payment rails.
• Demonstrated banking product capabilities and an understanding of the systems and requirements behind financial products.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Compensation is $160,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid role based in New York, New York, with 2 to 3 days onsite each week.
