Job Summary
The Programme Delivery Associate serves as a vital support member for Supreme Management Training & Consultancy Services Limited, assisting in the full lifecycle of training, consulting, and capacity-building initiatives. This position focuses heavily on business growth by helping to craft technical proposals, identify new opportunities, and prepare essential documentation for client bids and expressions of interest.
As part of a diverse team, the Associate will also aid in executing projects, managing stakeholder relationships, tracking activities, and generating reports. Designed for individuals with 0-2 years of experience, this entry-level role offers a comprehensive introduction to programme management, proposal writing, and consulting.
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across the entire project cycle, from initial opportunity identification and proposal creation to execution, monitoring, and final reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating technical proposals, concept notes, bid documents, and other materials required for business development. Perform research on potential clients, funding sources, development projects, government programs, and new market trends relevant to the company's services. Help review Requests for Proposals and Terms of Reference to pinpoint essential requirements, deliverables, and submission guidelines.
Contribute to shaping programme concepts, methodologies, work plans, staffing strategies, and activity schedules for upcoming proposals. Help compile organizational profiles, capability statements, consultant resumes, and project case studies needed for bid packages. Coordinate feedback and contributions from consultants, subject matter experts, and team members during the proposal writing process.
Manage a tracking system for potential opportunities, submission dates, client needs, and the results of past bids. Aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of various programmes, projects, and client engagements. Help develop project schedules, implementation timelines, activity trackers, and tools for monitoring progress.
Oversee programme activities, key milestones, and deadlines, providing regular status updates to project leads. Support the logistics and delivery of training sessions, workshops, seminars, conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Handle programme logistics, including participant communication, material preparation, scheduling, and other operational needs.
Assist in drafting programme reports, progress updates, briefing notes, and presentations for clients. Conduct background research and analysis to support programme design, consulting tasks, and proposal efforts. Facilitate communication and coordination with clients, trainers, partners, and other stakeholders. Attend project meetings to record key discussions, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks.
Help gather, organize, and perform basic analysis of programme data for monitoring and evaluation purposes. Assist in spotting potential risks, operational hurdles, and areas needing management focus. Keep accurate and organized records of proposals, participant lists, project files, and institutional documentation. Collaborate effectively with consultants and team members across various programme and proposal assignments.
Complete other related tasks that support programme development, business growth, and successful project delivery.
Required Skills
