We’re hiring a Full-Time Direct Support Professionals to provide flexible, drop-in support through our Home and Community-Based Outreach Program. ✨ What You’ll Do: Support individuals living independently or with family in the community Encourage development of independent living skills Promote participation in community, social, and recreational activities Provide companionship, guidance, and flexible drop-in support Ensure accurate documentation of goals and outcomes Offer safe, reliable transportation when needed Note: This position does not include medication administration.
