Senior Technical Consultant | Cloud & AI | Platform Engineering

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business. By weaving together advances in cloud infrastructure, automation and analytics, and software delivery, we help enterprises deliver on the promise of digital transformation. At AHEAD, we prioritize creating a culture of belonging, where all perspectives and voices are represented, valued, respected, and heard.

We create spaces to empower everyone to speak up, make change, and drive the culture at AHEAD. We are an equal opportunity employer, and do not discriminate based on an individual's race, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law, whether actual or perceived.

We embrace all candidates that will contribute to the diversification and enrichment of ideas and perspectives at AHEAD. Join AHEAD's Rapid Solutions Team as a Rapid Solutions Pod Lead, a role that spans engagement leadership, people leadership, client delivery, and offering development. You will be the primary point of accountability for every engagement in your pod, from the first client conversation through the executive readout, owning scope, governance, cadence, and outcomes.

You will also lead a small pod of engineers, setting their goals and coaching their growth, so the team behind each engagement is as strong as the engagement itself. Beyond delivery, you will own the evolution of the Rapid Solutions offering, refining the playbooks, templates, and delivery standards that keep the practice repeatable and scalable.

This role sits within AHEAD's AI & Cloud Practice, so engagements center on helping clients modernize and optimize across multi-cloud platforms, platform engineering, and AI-driven solutions. You'll bring that focus to bear on every Rapid Assess and Rapid Solutions engagement your pod delivers.
