About the Role

You’ll be the friendly face (and problem-solver) our customers count on. You’ll answer questions about our products and services, resolve issues, and make sure every person who walks through our door leaves feeling taken care of. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role for someone who wants to wear many hats in a lively, varied environment.

What You’ll Do -Greet customers and handle their questions and concerns with care -Share information about our products and services -Troubleshoot and resolve product issues -Keep customer records accurate and up to date -Build and maintain your knowledge of our evolving products and services -Manage inventory and keep shelves stocked -Enter and verify patient data -Deliver equipment and medications to patients -Run the register What You Bring -A friendly, personable attitude and a natural talent for treating every customer like a lifelong friend -Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field -A knack for building rapport and a positive, professional demeanor -Strong written and verbal communication skills -The ability to prioritize and multitask without losing your cool -High School Diploma or GED Bonus Points For -Experience with pharmacy software, especially Pioneer.

Rx -Microsoft Office skills -Bilingual abilities (preferred) The Details Type: Part-time or full-time (under 36 hours per week), with benefits potential Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some rotating weekend shifts. Days, evenings, and weekends available, and we offer a flexible schedule. Location: Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.
