The overall responsibility of the Expeditor is to ensure that our guests receive the finest food, plated to expectations per recipe standard set forth by the Chef. Those responsibilities include that the food is prepared as ordered, presentable, garnished correctly and rims of plates are clean before being delivered to the guest.
