Assistant General Manager – WenTex Foods (Wendy’s) Locations Hiring: Terrell, TX Red Oak, TX Greenville, TX Van, TX Broken Bow, OK Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations with a focus on food quality, service, and cleanliness Coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals Manage financials including cost control, sales targets, and P&L analysis Oversee staffing: scheduling, hiring, training, and development Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards Foster positive customer relationships and a welcoming atmosphere What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in QSR (Wendy’s preferred) Strong knowledge of food ordering systems and P&L management Proven leadership in team management and shift scheduling Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High motivation and a hands-on leadership style Ability to build a team-oriented, growth-focused culture If you're ready to lead with purpose and grow with a company that values your impact, WenTex Foods wants to hear from you .
