This role is responsible for overseeing piping installations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise piping crews to complete projects safely and on schedule Read and interpret blueprints and P&ID schematics Plan, assign, and coordinate daily and upcoming work activities Oversee installation of industrial piping systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on-site Perform and oversee rigging of piping systems and heavy equipment Ensure workmanship meets company standards and customer expectations Maintain clear communication with project management and field teams Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial piping foreman role Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems and installation practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and P&ID schematics Experience with outages, rigging, and crew leadership Proven ability to schedule work and manage crews effectively Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, copper, and weld pipe Knowledge of fitting take-offs for screw and weld fittings Strong communication and documentation skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed Tools & Requirements Must have standard hand tools required for the trade Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skills & Abilities Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of safe work practices and proper equipment use Ability to communicate effectively with teams and leadership Professional, adaptable, and organized in a field environment Commitment to delivering quality workmanship Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is a field-based role that may include: Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Driving to and between job sites Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
