Job Summary

Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and components with general, technical, and administrative supervision from an assigned supervisor. Work is reviewed periodically on a project basis.

What you will do

Performs work associated with work orders, read/interpret blue prints and schematics, inspects work and keeps all necessary records to ensure quality work. Maintains and orders supplies as needed to ensure necessary supplies are consistently available for routine operation, keeps accurate records and reports on work progress to ensure cost efficient department operations.

Establishes and maintains working relationships with other; organizes and prioritizes work effectively. Installs electrical system components (e.g. lighting, alarms, electrical panels, switches, circuits, scoreboards, timers, street signs, etc.) for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded electrical capabilities Communicates with building customers on status of repairs.
