Founding GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the founding team at an early-stage healthtech startup as its first GTM Engineer. You will build the sales engine for an AI-powered product serving veterinary practices, with a path toward an Account Executive role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect veterinary practices and manage opportunities from initial outreach through qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and refine outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
• Build customer relationships, support retention, identify upsell opportunities, and encourage referrals.
• Own CRM pipeline hygiene, data quality, and reporting.
• Run structured tests of sales messaging, channels, and target segments.
• Share customer and market feedback with the product and founding teams.
• Help recruit, train, and onboard future sales team members, and document repeatable sales processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Two to five years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM, including pipeline generation and closing.
• Demonstrated full-cycle B2B sales experience. B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience is preferred.
• Native-level German, with fluency in spoken and written German.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or a similar CRM, including pipeline management, data hygiene, and reporting.
• Experience with multi-channel outreach, sales experimentation, and managing customer relationships after the sale.
• Early-stage startup experience and the ability to build and document sales processes are valued. Healthcare, veterinary, regulated services, AI, or SaaS sales experience is also relevant.
• Comfort with analytics tools and dashboards such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with a founding team.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS €60,000 to €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
