Connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in our products Talk with them about their needs and projects Set qualified appointments for our outside sales team Build your communication and sales skills Work toward clear, achievable performance goals Learn from daily coaching and feedback Why This Could Be Your Next Move $18/hr base pay + 3 performance-based bonuses Team average: $22–$35/hr with bonuses Top performers: $35–$50/hr Paid training Daily coaching Automatic performance review after 30 days Clear advancement opportunities Part-time and full-time opportunities You don't have to come in knowing everything.
