Job description
As a CCE, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, working closely with various teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Your primary focus will be on optimizing back-office functions, including data management, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for implementing efficient systems and protocols to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Manage and oversee back-office operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy. Ensure timely and accurate processing of tasks, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline back-office operations and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor and analyze back-office performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Train and mentor back-office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all back-office activities. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance back-office operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail. Proficient in using MS Office suite and other relevant software for back-office operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. Strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
