Market Attendant

The Market Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service at the Club’s grab-and-go station. This role assists Members and Guests with purchases, processes transactions, restocks food and beverage items, maintains cleanliness, and ensures the market area is organized, welcoming, and operating at a high standard.

What you’ll do: Greet Members, Guests, and team members in a warm and professional manner. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Assist with grab-and-go food, beverage, retail, and market purchases. Stock, organize, and rotate food and beverage items to ensure freshness and proper presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, display areas, counters, refrigerators, and storage spaces. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to leadership. Ensure all items are properly labeled, priced, and displayed. Follow food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and Club service standards. Answer basic Member and Guest questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.

Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift responsibilities. Support F&B operations as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: Previous cashier, retail, food service, or hospitality experience preferred. Experience using a point-of-sale system preferred. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Regular and predictable on-site attendance. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
