Home. Centris Healthcare is hiring caregivers across the Harrisburg and Lancaster areas! We're looking for dependable, compassionate people who take pride in their work, whether you're an experienced caregiver or have cared for family members. We'll train you, help you develop your skills, and support you every step of the way.

We pay up to $15/hr, depending on experience and location. A supportive and responsive team Great benefits: $400 compliance bonus, referral program, 401(K), pet insurance and professional development opportunities Requirements 18 years or older Personal or professional caregiving experience Valid driver's license or state ID Current TB test (less than a year old) Must be able to pass a background check Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications What You'll Do Companionship & Engagement: Foster connection through conversation, games, music, and mentally stimulating activities tailored to the individual.

Daily Living Assistance: Support clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, grooming, and feeding. Light Housekeeping & Errands: Assist with meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and transportation as outlined in the care plan. Monitoring & Communication: Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or cognition.

Complete documentation after each shift. All of our clients have different needs and specific care plans. We will not have you care for a client that requires help beyond your comfort level and skill set.
