The Role: The bartender prepares all alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks for bar service and members. Engages with members' needs and preferences to make recommendations and provide positive guest experience.

Qualifications

& Disposition: Must have a minimum of 3+ years bartending experience Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times Passion for food & beverage operations. Ability to build tasteful and respectful relationships with members Professional, tactful & well-versed in conflict resolution Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
