Social Media Content VA

Job Overview Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Social Media Content Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based client with short-form video editing and social media publishing. The client will record the raw videos and place them in a shared folder. The VA will be responsible for editing, preparing, and posting the videos across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik.

Tok. The expected volume is approximately 60 short-form videos per month, with each video around 60 seconds long. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with short-form video content. This role is best suited for someone who can edit efficiently, follow instructions, use AI-assisted editing tools when available, and prepare videos in a clean, professional, platform-ready format.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos provided by the client, approximately 60 seconds each Prepare around 60 videos per month, or approximately 15 videos per week Use the client’s available AI editing mechanism to help streamline the editing process Format videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik. Tok Add clean cuts, captions, subtitles, basic transitions, and other simple edits as needed Ensure each video is clear, professional, properly formatted, and ready for posting Upload and post approved videos across the assigned social media channels Organize video files, edited versions, captions, and posting materials in the shared folder Follow the client’s content instructions, brand tone, and posting preferences Track completed videos, posted videos, and pending content for review or upload Assist with simple short-form video scripts when requested Communicate updates, questions, and completed tasks clearly and professionally Requirements Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in video editing, short-form content editing, social media content support, or a similar role Comfortable editing short-form videos for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Tik.

Tok Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools or willingness to learn the client’s editing process Able to format videos properly for different social media platforms Strong attention to detail in captions, formatting, cuts, file organization, and posting accuracy Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and manage recurring weekly video output Organized and reliable when handling multiple videos and posting schedules Good written English communication skills for captions, updates, and basic script support Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client content Nice to Have Experience editing legal, professional services, educational, or personal brand content Experience writing or refining short-form video scripts Experience using tools such as Cap.

Cut, Canva, Descript, VEED, Opus. Clip, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms Experience managing social media posting calendars or content trackers
