Channel Marketing Execution Lead (m/f/n)

Summary What makes this role exciting? In this role, you will connect global marketing strategy with execution across local markets and indirect sales channels. You will help shape how Channel Marketing is delivered across ESET while giving local teams the flexibility to respond to their market realities. At the same time, you will collaborate with other Marketing Execution Leads and contribute to initiatives that directly support business growth.

Job description What you will do Drive Channel Marketing across markets Oversee Channel Marketing activities across local offices and ESET Partners in Strategic Markets. Help translate global marketing and business priorities into effective Channel Marketing execution. Lead the execution of Channel Marketing campaigns, promotions and events in line with company standards and guidelines.

Monitor campaign performance and help markets adjust their approach based on results. Connect global and local teams Act as a key link between headquarters, local teams and partners. Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and other functions to align execution with business goals. Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across markets.

Ensure quality and continuous improvement Support local teams in applying global marketing standards, messaging and brand guidelines. Review marketing activities and materials in cooperation with Global Marketing Programs. Gather market feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes, guidance and performance.

Drive performance through data Track KPIs, campaign effectiveness and budget utilization. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership. You are data-driven, collaborative and confident in influencing stakeholders, while taking ownership of delivering measurable results. You are likely to succeed if you: have experience in Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, B2B Marketing or a related field; understand marketing within indirect sales or partner ecosystems; can translate strategic priorities into effective marketing activities; are comfortable working with KPIs, campaign performance and budgets; can influence and align stakeholders across teams and geographies; communicate confidently in English and international environments; combine attention to detail with a broader business perspective; are proactive, collaborative and results-oriented.
