Building Services Lead

Under the direction of the Building Services Engineer, the Building Services Lead provides lead-level technical, administrative, and operational support for the Building Services team, which includes Carpentry, Flooring/Tile, and Painting/Wall Covering functions. In addition to performing the duties of the respective Building Services trades, the incumbent assists management in the planning, coordination, prioritization, and oversight of daily operations and activities of assigned employees.

The Building Services Lead provides day-to-day direction, guidance, and technical support to assigned personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with applicable building codes, departmental standards, Mashantucket Pequot Tribe policies and procedures
