One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring experienced residential HVAC service technicians for our Butler team.

Make Your Experience Pay Base pay + uncapped performance incentives: Earn additional compensation on top of your base, with the potential to exceed $130,000 annually. Year-round, full-time work. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems. Clearly explain findings and recommend appropriate repair, maintenance, or replacement options. Take ownership of each call through quality workmanship, accurate documentation, and follow-through. What You’ll Need Residential HVAC service and repair experience.

Ability to diagnose problems and complete service calls independently. EPA 608 Certification, minimum Type II. Strong customer communication, dependable attendance, and safe work habits.
